Professor Frank BOURNOIS - Consultancy and Teaching

Frank Bournois is a Consultant to European companies in human resources and competitive intelligence.

At the request of large groups, Frank Bournois’ intervention may take any one of three forms:

.....1. Conference speaker / seminar leader for three groups:

• senior executives and directors
• human resource directors and managers
• managers who must move to a new hierarchical level, usually taking a seat on the board of directors

.....2. Academic advisor – scientific advisor to corporate university managers who must design seminars that are original in terms
of speakers, content and teaching resources. Frank’s intervention here consists of guaranteeing the coherence and quality of the
teaching architecture. He also recommends the most relevant speakers and makes them aware of the planned programme objectives.
Throughout the seminar, he is the participants’ constant common reference point.
